Guy is a financial professional who began his career at Merrill Lynch in Paris, France, as an account executive, specializing in currency bonds, options and futures. From 1980 to 1985, he was a Vice-President of Merrill Lynch International Bank, in London, where he was responsible for corporate finance activities in France, Belgium and Switzerland. He later became an Executive Director in charge of capital markets for the French speaking regions at Goldman Sachs, London. Since 1989, Guy has specialized in advising mid-sized private and public firms on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Guy has earned a BS in Economics from University Louis-Pasteur in Strasbourg, France and an MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. he is the co-author, with Viviane de Beaufort, Professor at ESSEC-MBA of a study comparing European and U.S. Stock Exchanges, published by Groupe Constantin and La Tribune
